Cleos keeps one clinic record for the front desk. This notice says what that record holds, where it is stored, and how to ask about it.
Who this is for
It is for the clinic that uses Cleos, and for anyone whose name or visit sits on that clinic's record.
What the record holds
The desk enters what the day needs: who is waiting, who is already in the room, what is on the shelf, which visit is by video, the letter for that visit, and the charge raised from it. Bookings for a later day stay on the same record.
Where it is kept
Clinic records are stored in the AWS region in Malaysia. Data sent between the clinic and Cleos is encrypted end to end.
Who can see it
The clinic sees the record it uses. Cleos does not read a clinic record except to keep the service running, or when that clinic asks.
How long it stays
The record stays while the clinic uses Cleos. To have a record removed, write to info@surgeai.tech and name the clinic.
