These terms cover use of Cleos. Cleos is the clinic record for the front desk.
The service
Cleos keeps one record for the queue, the patient list, the shelf, letters, invoices, bookings, and visits held by video. Forms and labels can be set for the clinic. Reports come from that same record.
The clinic's record
The clinic enters the record and is responsible for what it puts there, including patient details and charges. Cleos stores that record and shows it back to the clinic.
A demo
Booking a demo sends the clinic details so a call can be arranged. A demo is not a paid contract.
Keeping the service running
Cleos may pause the service to fix it. Clinic records are stored in the AWS region in Malaysia.
Stopping
The clinic can stop using Cleos by writing to info@surgeai.tech. These terms can be replaced. The date above is the copy on this page.
