The front desk already kept a queue, a shelf, and a list of visits. Those lived apart.
A video visit sat off the record. Reports were built from a spreadsheet. Cleos puts that work on one screen: who is waiting, what is on the shelf, and which visit is by video.
Forms and labels are set for this clinic. Reports come from the record the desk already uses. After the record is set with the desk, it stays there. The queue, the patient list, the shelf count, and video visits remain on that screen.
Clinic records are stored in the AWS region in Malaysia. Cleos holds ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. Data sent between the clinic and Cleos is encrypted end to end, and the clinic record is FHIR compliant.
